Heffron Farms Market
Vegetable Medley

Things you will need:
16 oz. California Vegetables, thawed and drained
One 1-10.75 oz. can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
One 4 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
One 2.8 oz. can french fried onions
Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and 1/2 French fried onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
