Salmon- premium quality farm raised Norwegian skinless Salmon in ocean water. Available in individual, vacuum packaged 8 ounce fillets or in a 3 pound box.

Wild Salmon- hook and line caught Coho Salmon with skin. Available in individual, vacuum packaged 8 ounce fillets or in a 3 pound box.
